8/4/74 (Dick's Picks 31) is a killer early version.

And you just can't go wrong with 11/5/77's incredible power-chord Jerry climax (DP 34) - possibly my favorite ever!

i agree with that one! DP 31 is the only pre 76 Jstraw that i know of which rocks hard. Gotta listen to DP34 again, dont recall it. Ive strayed from 77 over the last few years

if you like that might i suggest 7/31/74 as well? not quite as blazing but still gets the job done!
